I'm worried whether my chicks need Marek's Vaccination or not. They are two weeks old and are perfectly fine.

The chicks are protected if they are done with Marek's Vaccination.But once vaccinated, they are the carriers of the dormant virus and will shed it and increase the risk to your flock members who are not vaccinated.

This is what I understand.

For safety make sure that your entire flock is vaccinated.
