In FranksTrade.com, all registered users can communicate with each other in three different ways. Depending upon the message to be communicated, users can choose from the following options:

• Questions and Answers

Buyers/bidders can post their questions to seller using the option ‘Item Page > Buyers Tools > Questions and Answers’.

Sellers can view these questions in ‘Item Page > Seller’s Tools > Pending Questions’.

On clicking, the seller could view the questions.

Seller has the option to either answer or delete the questions.

Once answered, both question and answer will be displayed on ‘Item Page > Buyers Tools > Questions and Answers’ page.

• Contact Seller

Buyers/bidders can contact the seller directly with this option.

Seller would receive this message in his email-id (the e-mail that he used while registering with FranksTrade.com) (Seller can change this email id in My Account > Edit Profile).

Seller can reply to this e-mail and buyer will get the reply in his email-id.

Note: To send a copy to your personal email id, please tick ‘Send myself a copy of this message’.

• Send Private Message

Buyers/Bidders can send private message to seller using this option.

Seller can view these message from his ‘My Mail > Inbox' in FranksTrade.com. To send private messages FranksTrade, user id is mandatory.
