Hi, Right now, much of my items have been sold out as presale, and I need a provision to send mails reminding my valuable buyers to send me the deposit so that I can hold the birds for them. Do you have this feature? Regards, |

Hello Hilltopfarms,
Sending mails to buyers reminding them to make full payment / deposit payment for the item they have purchased from you is only a click away!
All you need to do is login to www.frankstrade.com, go to 'My Account > Sold' and click on 'Remind' corresponding to the item for which you want to send reminder mail.
The details of the dates on which you have sent such reminder mails will be available if you mouse hover on the Title 'Last Reminded on'.
Also, there is a tab 'Awaiting Deposit' on top, clicking on this will list all the items for which you are awaiting deposit.
