Want Ads Help
All advertisements of needed things posted by different users can be viewed in 'Want Ads' tab. Only a registered user can post a want ad. Click on 'Want Ads > Post a Want Ad' to post your want ad. A window appears, fill the required fields and post your ad. The want ads that you have posted and are still active can be viewed from 'My Account > Open Want Ads'. Here you have the option to close, edit, delete and relist it. Want Ads will be closed when time expires or when the poster closes it using 'Close' option. Such ads can be viewed from 'My Account > Expired Want Ads'. You can relist/delete it from here. Click the 'Want Ads' tab to view the complete list of Want Ads posted by different users. If any seller wishes to Post Offer for any want ad, click on it, type your message and click on 'Post Offer'. The seller can display the item that he has submitted for sale by Choosing the Item from the dropdown. This dropdown will display all the active items that the seller has submitted for sale in frankstrade.com. Seller can view the offers that he has posted for the want ads in 'My Account > My Want Ads Offers'. By default, settings is enabled in 'My Account > My Preferences' to receive mails when offer is received or accepted or rejected. When offer is made, mail will be sent to the e-mail ID of the poster as well as seller. The offer posted will be in Pending status. Poster can accept, reject or delete the offer. If accepted, the offer status will be changed to 'Accepted'. In this case, the poster and seller must take appropriate actions to complete the sale. If rejected, the status will be 'Rejected'. In this case, notification mail will be sent to the seller. If deleted, this offer will not be displayed. |
