Auctions Help Feedback Overview | Every frankstrade.com member has a feedback profile. It includes a rating in parentheses, as well as comments from other members you've bought from and sold to. | | Example: hilltopfarms (100% 12) means the user 'hilltopfarms' has 100% score and this user has received feedbacks from 12 voters. | | What do the different stars besides members mean? | We award our users by Stars when they achieve a certain number of positive feedbacks from other users.- A "Yellow Star" () represents a positive feedback of 10 to 99.
- A "Turquoise Star" () represents a positive feedback of 100 to 499.
- A "Purple Star" () represents a positive feedback of 500 to 999.
- A "Red Star" () represents a positive feedback of 1,000 to 9,999.
- A "Shooting Star" () represents a positive feedback of 10,000 or higher.
When to check feedback? Before you bid on or purchase an item, you can check the seller's feedback rating by clicking on the number next to their name, or from the feedback link. Sellers may also want to view the feedback profiles of potential buyers to see how reliable they've been in the past.
To leave feedback on all auctions you won, go to 'Feedback > Bulk Feedback for Sellers'. You can view all the pending auctions that you've won and you should leave feedback to the sellers.

To view your own feedback profile, click on 'Feedback > My Feedback Profile'.
To view the feedback profile of another user,click on 'Feedback > User Feedback Profile'.
To view how one user has left feedback to other users, on 'Feedback > Others to others feedback'.
To view the feedback that you have left for others, click on 'Feedback > My Feedback to others'.
Important Note: The feedback you post is permanent, so be sure to make only fair and factual comments.
How it works:The feedback rating system is easy. frankstrade.com members who have completed a transaction with you can leave feedback about their experience. You receive:
- +1 point for each positive comment
- 0 points for each neutral comment
- -1 point for each negative comment
Using the feedbacks received, a feedback profile chart is maintained. Feedback profile chart works as follows:
Total Positive: [{No. of positive feedback*(+1)} + {No. of negative feedback*(-1)}]
Total Voters: Total number of feedbacks received.
Total Score: [({Total Positive + (Total number of neutral score * 0.5)}/Total Voter)] * 100
