For example, you can ask the seller:

In frankstrade.com, all users can communicate with each other in three different ways. Depending upon the message to be communicated, users can choose from the following options:
Buyers/bidders can contact the seller directly through e-mail using this option. On the item listing page, click on the link 'Buyers Tools > Contact Seller' to get a form to enter your question. When you submit your question, seller will get an email with your question and your email address. If you wish to copy yourself on the email that was sent to the seller, just tick 'Send myself a copy of this message'. Seller will reply to your e-mail and you will get the answer in this mail.
Buyers/bidders can post their questions to seller using this option. On the item listing page, click on the link 'Buyers Tools > Questions and Answers' to get a form to enter your question. When you submit your question, seller will get an email with your question. Sellers can view these questions in 'Item Page > Seller's Tools > Pending Questions'. Seller has the option to either answer or delete the questions. Once answered, both question and answer will be displayed on 'Item Page > Buyers Tools > Questions and Answers' page. You can view the answer to your question in 'Questions and Answers' section in item page.
Buyers/Bidders can send private message to seller using this option. On the item listing page, click on the link 'Buyers Tools > Send Private Message'. To send private messages, you must know the frankstrade User ID of the seller. You can get this user ID from 'Item Page > Seller' field. After you sent the message, seller can view this message in frankstrade.com by clicking on mail envelope icon  on top. When seller replies to this message, you can view the answer in frankstrade.com by clicking on the mail envelope iconon top. Mailbox in frankstrade.com can also be accessed from 'My Account > My Mail > Inbox' in frankstrade.com.
